We hope to bring you our usual mix of the exciting, the and the extraordinary as part of this year’s programme…the semi-permanent stage in St Ann’s Square will be back, as will the final day celebrations in Albert Square, which last year drew a record-breaking 3,000 people! In between, our ever-popular informal lunchtime gigs in the Bridgwater Hall foyer will break up your long summer days, and intimate evening concerts at the Green Room will bring you a bustling selection of and infrequently-heard visiting players to Manchester. To receive a brochure hotline: 0161 950 5900. The mjf Education Programme was launched in 2000 with the ambitious JazzY2k project, which involved five schools, ten musicians, twenty workshops, and a four-hour finale concert!
