FLIGHT CONDITIONS -
Only applicable if Flights are booked directly with us
1. Booking Stage
We have teamed up with the Caribbean Reunion Club - Europe's Major West Indies Travel Club, to offer excellent value flight prices to compliment your stay at our villas. To make a booking contact us with your recommended dates and we will arrange your flights for you. We will require full names as per your passport to make the reservation for you. Please note Alpheus will not accept liability and responsibility for incorrect names given. Please therefore ensure that all names given are correct. To secure the booking a deposit of £75.00 per person is required, unless otherwise stated. This would confirm your booking, in addition we require you to sign the Terms and Conditions form that will be sent to you at the booking stage, to confirm you have read and understand our Terms and Conditions. Deposits are non refundable and if you do not pay your balance when it is due the Caribbean Reunion Club will treat your booking as cancelled and charge a cancellation fee in addition to the deposit already paid. The remaining balance is required 10 weeks prior to your departure. The Caribbean Reunion Club will then release your tickets 4 weeks prior to your departure, which will be sent direct to you or via Alpheus Leisure by first class post, please note that this is at your own risk. There is an opportunity to arrange additional insurance against loss in the post at an additional expense.
2. Late bookings:
If you book within 10 weeks of departure full payment will be required at the time of booking. Tickets will be sent to you by first class post, however if you book within a week of travel, the Caribbean Reunion Club will be able to arrange for you to collect your tickets at the airport, subject to the charges levied by the airline concerned and any additional costs incurred by the Caribbean Reunion Club being paid. They will advise of any charges at the time of booking.
3. Alteration or cancellation by you
If you need to cancel a confirmed booking you must contact us in writing. To cover the cost of administration and the possibility that the Caribbean Reunion Club will be charged full cancellation charges by the airline concerned, the Caribbean Reunion Club have to make a cancellation charge. If you have purchased insurance you may be able to claim for the charges imposed. The cancellation charges are based on the number of day's notice before departure that you advise us of the cancellation. Contact Alpheus who will advise you of the cancellation charges. For alterations, which will be made where possible the Caribbean Reunion Club will impose a £25.00 admin fee, unless otherwise stated.

Alpheus requests a deposit of the total villa cost at the time of booking, in addition we require you to sign the Terms and Conditions form that will be sent to you at the booking stage, to confirm you have read and understood our Terms and Conditions. This will confirm your booking with us and Alpheus will send out written confirmation details to you. The remaining balance will be required 10 weeks prior to your arrival, unless of course the
Booking is less then 10 weeks before departure, in which case full payment will be required immediately.
2. Security Deposit
Our villas are all privately owned and each owner requires authorisation to your credit card details, in the case of covering the cost of replacing any items, which have been damaged or broken by guests whilst in residence, or for incidentals such as overseas calls or fax calls.
We will therefore require a Visa or Mastercard credit card number; with your signature to authorise such incidentals will be charged to your card. Your card details will be required at the final payment stage. We will send you a credit card authorisation form out to you and send the details to our local representatives Realtors Limited. Realtors will hold your credit card details, and in the case of any damage will of course, where possible point this out to you, before you leave the island. The money will be charged to your credit card within two weeks of you leaving the island. We will of course inform you of the amount being charged. Please note selected villas will require a cheque payment for the security deposit payment.
Overseas calls can be charged to your credit card up to three months after your departure, as it can take that long to receive all the overseas calls from the telephone company. A full-itemised bill will be provided for you. Alpheus advises that if you are a holder of a telephone credit card to bring this along with you on your trip. Alternatively there is the option of using the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover or Global Spirit by calling the following toll free number before placing your call: - 1-800-744-2000.
Alpheus will not accept responsibility for any guests calls made. International calls can be very expensive, so please make sure all members of your party are aware of this.
3. Cancellation Charges.
a. Deposit Stage
All deposits are non refundable.
b. Remaining Balance Stage
The remaining balance is required 10 weeks prior to arrival. If you wish to cancel, please contact Alpheus who will advise you of the cancellation charges. Please note that for some villas 100 percent cancellation fee will apply, unless the villa can be re-rented for the same period. Alpheus reserves the right to cancel any booking, where payment is not received on time.
4. Provisions on Arrival
If you wish to have initial provisions at your villa, please contact Alpheus for our sample grocery packages. The provisions must be pre paid prior to your arrival.
5. Tidiness and Damage
All guests are required to leave their villa and all fixtures and fittings and effects in good order and should inform Alpheus of any damage to the villa, or its contents during residence.
We do not add service charge to our villas (which in the case of hotels is usually 10% of the total price), Some of our villas are staffed and staff will often go beyond their duties ensure you have a relaxing holiday. We therefore recommend tipping the staff 7% of your total villa holiday cost. The staff work on an 8 hour basis and each member has one day off per week. If you are planning to have an evening party, you will need to arrange for the staff to be transported home. Furthermore if you require privacy, please just advice the staff and they will work the hours you require.
7. Recommendations of Suppliers
Alpheus will willingly offer our recommendations on reputable suppliers locally in Barbados such as car rental companies, however please note the agreement and terms of conditions will be between the client and supplier. Alpheus will not be liable for any disputes or disagreements between the two parties.
If you have a complaint or any problems at your villa, it is the guests responsibility to inform a representative of Alpheus - in this case Realtors contactable on: 432 6930 as soon as possible, so that remedial action can be taken. If the local representative is not available or is not able to resolve the matter, the guest should then contact Alpheus at the UK Office within 48 hours of the problem arising. Alpheus will endeavour to do everything possible to assist their clients. Complaints should be sent in writing to the office within 2 weeks of departure. If the guest does not follow this complaints procedure, thereby depriving Alpheus of the opportunity to investigate and rectify the problem, the company cannot accept any responsibility for any claim. In the event that any dispute of difference shall arise between the guest and Alpheus, which is not resolved speedily and amicably between both parties, the matter in dispute shall be resolved by arbitration in Barbados in accordance with Barbados law.
We strongly recommend you are adequately insured, Alpheus will not accept responsibility or liability for you not being insured
Please be advised that payment to Alpheus can be made by cheque payable to Alpheus Leisure. Alternative a bank transfer can be made direct to us. We do not accept credit card payments as we wish to provide our clients with a competitive cost without charges imposed upon them.
