PAWS - Performing Animal Welfare Society
A place where abandoned or abused performing animals and victims of the
exotic animal trade can live in peace and contentment. The Performing
Animal Welfare Society is a true sanctuary -- a permanent home where animals
come first.
Primarily Primates
There are approximately 800 animals (of which 500 are primates) receiving
excellent care in retirement at Primarily Primates, in a northwest San
Antonio preserve. These include ex-research, circus and pet animals.
