2004 Barbados Rally Club (BRC) Drivers’
A 100 per cent record of Group wins in the five events
staged to date has propelled Edward Corbin to the top of the standings
and he is the overall leader of the 2004 Barbados Rally Club (BRC) Drivers’
At the wheel of his Automotive Art/Corbins Garage/Klark-Odio Toyota Corolla, Corbin and co-driver Mark Perkins also lead the Modified 7 Group by a very healthy margin. In 2003, Corbin tied on points at year-end with Group 6 winner Sean Gill, but lost out on the overall title, as he runs in the higher engine capacity Group.

Of the 90 starters, 54 are from Barbados and eight from the region, including Jamaica’s championship leader Greg Gregg and his compatriot and former champion driver Jeff Panton who will this year be partnered by Justin Morin.
Based on current form, Bourne, who will have regulator Louis Venezia on board for the 32-stage event in the Banks/Havoline/Pirelli Subaru Impreza WRC, is highly tipped to repeat his performance of last year. < Read more >
