Broad Street in Bridgetown was blocked off yesterday as thousands of Barbadians packed the pavements to get a glimpse of 46 models strutting the latest fashions from three top designers on the red carpet catwalk.
The creations of Rhaj Paul, Simon/Peter and Judith Mayers stood out amidst five seven series BMWs and one Mini-Cooper worth $1 000 000.

The occasion was the Warrens Motors/BMW Broad Street Catwalk Fashion Extravaganza, part of the ongoing celebrations of the 375th anniversary of Bridgetown.

This event was produced by Lennox Tannis and sponsors included Cave Shepherd, Moet Chandon Champagne and Nelson’s Kitchen.
