For the third consecutive year, the employees of Citicorp Merchant Bank, Barbados hosted their annual charity golf tournament at the Barbados Golf Club in April.
The tournament has been growing in popularity, and this year attracted a record number of teams from a wide cross-section of corporate Barbados. Some of these included Cable & Wireless Barbados, Banks Holdings, R L Seale & Co., AAAltman, and United Insurance Company.

For the second consecutive year, Lex Caribbean emerged the overall tournament winner, with their team of Anthony Reece, Chris DeCaires, Tony Castilho and Stephen Cozier.
The proceeds of this year s tournament will benefit a number of charities, two of which are the Barbados Cancer Society and the Belmont Primary School.
At the tournament's prize giving, a presentation was made to Dr. Dorothy Cook-Johnson, the Honorary Secretary of the Barbados Cancer Society. This contribution will be used to assist in funding the educational programmes of the society.
