  4. Summer (April 15 - December 14) $5600.00/Week
  5. Winter (December 15 -April 14). $1075.00/Night
  6. Rates quoted not applicable over Christmas period.
  7. Checkout time is 12 noon.
  8. Minimum stay in Summer: 5 nights.
  9. Minimum stay in Winter: 7 nights
