17:00 Arrival at Carriacou airport on TIA from Barbados. Meet and Greet, travel to accommodation.
19:00hrs Briefing at Sea Waves Conference Room. A warm welcome to Carriacou and a tour synopsis. Our representatives are on hand, at all times, to offer assistance.

	Free day to relax and enjoy the beauty of Carriacou.
19:00 Opening ceremony at Silver Beach Hotel. The Chairman of the Cricket Board will give a welcoming speech. An address will be given by the Tourist Development Officer and the Parlimentary Representative of Carriacou and Petite Martinique will declare the tournament open. Refreshments and dinner will be provided.

Local cultural performances by the Carriacou Big Drum dancers and other local artists will be the highlight of the evening.

Close of play, transport back to your accommodation. John's Unique Resort, another location choice, situated on the outskirts of Hillsborough, two minutes walk from the beach. The elegantly decorated rooms and self contained apartments have private balconies, AC, fans, bathrooms with hot and cold water, cable TV and telephone. The restaurant offers the best in local and international cuisine and the bar is well stocked with Caribbean drinks.

Day 6
Thursday

Fun in the sun day!

	9:00 A motorboat ride to White Island for swimming and snorkelling followed by a
trip over to Sandy Island. Lunch can be arranged at EC15 a head with complimentary fruit punch.

Watersports can be arranged for an additional charge including, water taxi and sailboat rides or kayaking over to the Oyster Beds.

This package will include cricket fixtures complemented by historical lectures, talks from local experts on culture, forklore, poetry, art and music plus a trip to the museum and a hands-on 'Big Drum' musical experience.


A variety of watersports activities are planned. Focusing on sailing and diving. There is a strong emphasis on marine conservation in Carriacou and Caribzones has worked closely with the Carriacou Environmental Committee obtaining information on their beautiful island.

It is the Committee's desire that youth visiting the island are educated about the need to sustain Carriacou's pristine environment through good marine, forestry and social practices and projects.

Ecotourism activities will include hiking, birdwatching and even whale and dolphin watching.

Accommodation and entertainment will focus around Tyrell Bay and plans include a 'meet the locals' street party with live music and an excellent 'cook up' to include Carriacou Juk Fish and other local delicacies.

This is a totally new concept in promoting Caribbean Junior Cricket and we are confident that dual island destinations such as Barbados/Carriacou or Grenada/Carriacou will add excitement and interest to the package.
