Stop in the heat of the day and swim
in the pool at the base of this wonderful waterfall, relax in the
forest and listen to the sweet sounds of the rousus-throated solitaire.
Then its off to the capital Roseau and lunch at the old military fort
built in the 1770's for the defence of our island...now your Hotel.
After lunch, its time to head off on our Whales
and Dolphin
