GetBak’ Red and White Christmas Party
was an excellent evening that was missed by too many people. Forced
to move from their more usual Saturday night spot to Friday the band
played to a much smaller than usual crowd at the Barbados Yacht Club.
Newly returned from performing on the New York stage, Alex Santoriello
gave a tremendous energy-filled performance.
Musicians Derek Field, Philip Brennan, Maxie Taylor, Jimmy Duncan
and John Roett proved that they were definitely in party mode!
The two sets featured favourites from the GetBak 2004 shows.
GetBak’s many fans look forward to the band’s
2005 performances, confident in the knowledge that this is a retro
group that always brings the best in musical memories.
