SPECIALLY-INVITED GUESTS to the Energy Conservation lecture at the Sci-Tech Green Expo on March 9 will get the opportunity to hear Scott Sullivan, vice-president of business development at Global Net Energy Services International (GESI), share his company's work in the area of energy conservation.

The lecture, Energy Conservation - Reducing Energy Costs, will focus on reducing energy costs for consumers. He will also share some of GESI's work in that area, including their renewable energy projects ongoing across the continental United States, its energy training and education as well as its expert utility rate analysis.

GESI will also have a booth on display at the Expo. There, patrons can get a look at GESI's operations as well as information on reducing energy costs, both at home and at work.

GESI provides self-funded energy conservation projects, reduces the amount of money its clients spend on energy and uses state-of-the-art equipment proven to use the least amount of energy.

Their customers include medium to large industrial manufacturers, commercial office buildings and retail businesses.

The Sci-Tech Green Expo is a collaboration between the Ministry of Commerce, Consumer Affairs and Business Development and the Greening Barbados Committee. It will be held at Sherbourne Conference Centre from March 9 to 11, from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. each day.
