point is High North at the northern end.
Hike up into the hills and find yourself amongst
creamy-white frangipani in bloom, their intoxicating scent mingling
with the cool trade winds and the hint of the sea below, bliss!

views of tropical islands, suits your style, then you are on the right
path if you are planning to hike in Carriacou .

from strenuous hikes in the northern reserve to zig zagging leisurely
along country lanes or isolated beaches, ideal for all age groups.

Carriacou is one of the few islands where you can take your family
and not even bother to lock your villa door at night... and sleep
soundly!
An island that is safe and friendly, where locals
and resident expats live in harmony.
If you looking for a fast, high rise, high tech sort of holiday,
look elsewhere!
Catch a ride with a local boat operator, to one
of the many nearby, uninhabited tiny islands, such as Sandy Island,
now at the heart of the
Carriacou marine park
White Island, Saline, Friggate, all dotted like little gems in
idyllic settings, just waiting for discovery.

hiking, swimming, snorkelling or simply relaxing. Then maybe a moonlight
B-B-Q under a million tropical stars, the perfect end to a perfect
day.
