Private and secluded, Mabouya's verdant
20 acres lie like a multi-faceted emerald in the vivid turquoise
sea.
Mabouya has 1,550 ft of sandy beaches, surrounded
by one of Carriacou's protected
Marine Parks
and 2,500 ft of varied shoreline including rocky
terrain,
bluffs and peaks with tropical forests
plus the most glorious reefs in the
Marine Park and a dive wreck soon to be sunk!
Care is being taken to protect and preserve Mabouya's Marine Park.
An environmental initiative has placed Mabouya at
the heart of a nature sanctuary.
It is hoped this lovely island will be protected and used as an
animal sanctuary.
