3 large green (un-ripened) mangoes Wash, peel and grate the mangoes. Place the grated flesh in a jar, pour water over and sweeten to taste. Add the spice, cloves, mace, lemon juice and crushed egg shell. Whisk the egg whites and add to the mixture. Stir thoroughly. Cover and leave for 3 days. Strain off and bottle. Leave for 1 - 2 days. Serve chilled. |
