Ingredients:

4 large bananas
2 ozs. brown sugar
1½ozs. freshly grated coconut
Juice of one orange


Preparation:

Peel the bananas and cut in half length-wise.

Arrange in a greased pie dish.

Add sugar to orange juice and stir; then pour over the bananas.

Sprinkle quickly with coconut and bake in a moderately hot oven - 400 degress F or Mark 5 if you have a gas stove, until the fruit is soft and coconut is brown.
