The Plantation Band consists of some
of Barbados' most seasoned performers and is the resident band at
The Plantation Theatre dinner show, Bajan Roots & Rhythms, every Wednesday
& Friday.
The Band is also featured at The Plantation Theatre back in time party
on the last Saturday of every month, where the band plays a selection
from the 50's - 80's.
The artistes are all musicians in their own right
and when combined together display a medley of explosive musical
talent, which affords their listeners tremendous musical diversity.
Leading vocalist John King is truly a Barbadian
icon and is two times Calypso Monarch. Seen here at the

The rest of the band members are Ricky Aimey on bass
guitar,
Lead guitar Ian Alleyne can burn up the room when
he’s ready, touching the audience with the knowledge that
they are witnessing an inspired performance.
