The "Anchorage Yacht Club"® (AYC) conglomerate of businesses and services, located in Clifton Bay on Union Island (one of the Saint Vincent Grenadines islands), is owned by the "Andre Beaufrand and Company (1983) Ltd"®. (ABC), a company organized and existing under the laws of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines a democratic, independent British Commonwealth state in the W.I.

The Andre Beaufrand and Company (1983) Ltd. is a fully owned daughter company of the "Union Development Company Ltd." (UDC), a company organized under the laws of the Principality of Liechtenstein, for the sole purpose of holding the former.

The ABC Company was set up with a holding in the Principality of Liechtenstein to facilitate the incorporation of investors/shareholders for development purposes with a minimum of red tape. ABC operates with The National and Commercial Bank in Saint Vincent.

Founded by the pioneering family Beaufrand from Martinique in the 70’s, the AYC small business complex was purchased by a group of Austrians lead by Prince Kinsky in 1986, and has since been revitalized to become one of a first line of addresses in the W.I., in attendance for the right opportunity to expand.
