CARRIACOU 
The Carriacou band, X-TRAK, in Barbados for the Crop Over 2003 carnival. 'Brekking up' the place! Formed in 1996 as a 5- member outfit called 'Abu and the Boys', today the band consists of 10 members.
Meet some of the band...
Leftist started singing calypso as a teenager in 1987 and won the Carriacou Calypso Crown that year. In 1988 he won the Carriacou Regatta Calypso Crown before furthering his education on the mainland in Grenada. Visit his calypso page and hear him sing "Madness" |

Carriacou's number one band has played throughout the Caribbean, in hotels,
cruise liners, Jazz festivals and Crop Over. They have provided musical
accompaniment for the likes of Iwer George, Natilie Burke of Barbados
and Trinidad's Calypso Prowler as well as a host of other aristes from
Grenada
